Sustainability: I first came across the now omnipresent term during my architecture studies at the University of Sydney. I was fascinated by it in my diploma thesis at the TU-Graz and further on in my postgraduate studies “Sustainable Building” at the TU-Wieninhaltlichvertieft.since then the many topics of sustainability accompany me professionally as well as privately.
After several years of experience in architectural and engineering offices my path led me to ATP sustain. As part of an exciting team I am involved in the aspects of sustainable building with regard to various property-specific consultancy services. In particular the implementation of the market leading certification systems such as DGNB/ÖGNI, LEED, BREEAM, ÖGNB and klimaaktiv in relation to the respective building projects and project teams makes my work entertaining and varied. The sustainability issue is now also omnipresent in the building industry. More and more people want to use buildings that interact positively with their environment. For some years now I have also been a lecturer at the FH Campus Wien and at the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences in Vienna. Furthermore, I am a volunteer in the training committee of the ÖGNI, for which I also hold training courses for the interested review board.
